This mill was in Gregory Gulch at Mountain City half way between Central City and Black Hawk.

The mill used amalgamation and concentration processes.  It had 1 jaw crusher, 45 rapid-drop stamps with outside amalgamation plates, 5 Gilpin County bumpers, 3 Wilfley tables, 1 Standard table.  Capacity was 150 tons.
